The mail() function in PHP3 does core under Win32 unless
additional headers are provided in the 4th arg of mail(). A
quick analysis of the source points me to
win32/sendmail.c:SendText(). This function ends up being called
with a NULL pointer in its final arg "headers", which is
correct.
This function fails to test for headers == NULL, though before
using that argument. It then uses headers in line 253 in a call
to strstr() and in line 278 and 280 in calls to PostHeader(). As
I have no windows development environment I cannot say if it is
save to use NULL arguments on these functions and I feel that
checks are being added to the relevant calls. I won't fix this,
because I am Unix only and cannot test the fixes.
