PHP Bug Type: Misbehaving function
Bug description: probably y2k problem
$datum = date("d.m.Y H:i:s",time);
echo $datum;
this will print 01.01.1970 01:00:00 and my date on the system is March 11, 2000
I tried this on 3 diferent computers with diferent operating systems.
