Bug description: popen under IIS4.0 ISAPI
popen, exec, system....didn't work under IIS4.0 ISAPI. Someone say it's because under IIS
ISAPI, there is no console for it, _popen can't create a pipe without stdin, stdout...
In PHP3.0.12, AllocConsole() seems to fix the problem, but in PHP4bpl1, AllocConsole still
didn't work. AllocConsole() faile and the return error code is ERROR_GEN_FAILURE, which means
"A device attached to the system is not functioning".
Does anyone knows how to make _popen works under ISAPI?
