PHP Bug Type: Compile Failure
Bug description: Compiling with imap support fails when mailboxdriver isn't included in
c-client
When imap is compiled without the 'mailboxdriver' support
('EXTRADRIVERS=' in imap's Makefile), php fails compiling with
imap support.
File that produces the error: functions/imap.c, line 227:
mail_link (&mboxdriver); /* link in the mbox driver */
