If you copy the PHP 4 license, remove clause 6 (the Zend part). The
rest should be fine. Or you can do like most CPAN modules and have a
license that says "you can distribute this package under the same terms
as PHP itself". This is ambigous, maybe it should say "PHP version 4 or
newer". That would be a license usable by everyone distributing
PHP-based stuff like Phorum.
