I just downloaded and installed the php manual (manual.prc)
on a PalmV running OS3.3 and teal-Doc 2.75 without any problems whatsoever, and I'm reading it
as I write this.
Also, bug 2402 was different, in that the user thought
the manual was an application that ran by itself. That
report was subsequently closed after pointing this out.
Please try uninstalling teal-doc, reinstalling it, then reinstall the manual, then update this
report with the results.
