Bug description: (4.0 Beta) configure won't work with Apache rpm
Running Redhat 6.0
On the 4.0 beta version install, with the Apache rpm:
apache-devel-1.3.6-7.i386.rpm
configure can't find the httpd.h file, because Redhat
changed the directory structure. Even specifying the directory in the --with-apache= directive
won't work, because the directory structure has been totaly flattened.
This should be a pretty common configuration
