I'm seeing 2 weird problems. First is with an older A/UX system
that lacks any sort of DL capability. When compiling basic_functions.c
I get:
make[3]: Entering directory `/usr3/src/CVS/php4/ext/standard'
gcc -D_POSIX_SOURCE -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I/staff/jim/src/CVS/php4/ext/standard -I../.. -I../../Zend
-I/staff/jim/src/CVS/php4 -I/staff/jim/src/CVS/apache-1.3//src/include
-I/staff/jim/src/CVS/apache-1.3//src/os/unix -I/usr/local/include
-I/staff/jim/src/CVS/php4/ext/mysql/libmysql -I/staff/jim/src/CVS/php4/ext/xml/expat/xmltok
-I/staff/jim/src/CVS/php4/ext/xml/expat/xmlparse -DXML_BYTE_ORDER=21 -O2 -c basic_functions.c
&& touch basic_functions.lo
basic_functions.c:324: `php_if_dl' undeclared here (not in a function)
basic_functions.c:324: initializer element for `basic_functions[200].handler' is not constant
If I comment out the PHP_FE(dl,...) line, it compiles OK.
The 2nd is under FreeBSD 2.2.8 and 3.4, PHP4 doesn't seem to know
that it has a dbmopen() command :) All attempts to use it return:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: dbmopen()
I'll start digging, but hints would be appreciated.
