Bug Type: Misbehaving function
Description: fsockopen() returns wrong case
This wasn't fsockopen() in the end. My mistake here.
The culprit was however, stristr, which I didn't spot (sorry for the duff report). This has
been fixed with string.c v1.103/bug report 3890.
Changing state to closed as such.
