Dear Sir/Madam,
My server time is: 2000-04-01 12:23:06
but local date return 1969-12-31 05:59:59 pm(should be 2000-04-02
02:23:06)
the script below return faulty,could it be bug? this script work fine
for the past fews month..
$y=date("Y");
$m=date("m");
$d=date("d");
$h=date("H")+14;
$mn=date("i");
$s=date("s");
$local=mktime($h,$mn,$s,$m,$d,$y);
echo date("Y-m-d h:i:s a", "$local" );
My server running Apache with PHP3.1plus...
