PHP Bug Type: Compile Failure
Bug description: wrong directories included for oracle 8.1.6
./configure --with-apxs=/usr/local/apache/bin/apxs --with-oracle=/opt/oracle/product/8.1.6
make fails: cannot find 'ociextp.h'
This file is located in $ORACLEINST_TOP/rdbms/public. Adding this directory to the include path
fixes the problem.
