Bug description: fopen url won't work as expected
Doing
<pre>
$fp=fopen($PATHURL,"r");
if ( $fp ) {
while ( $line=fgets($fp, 2048) ) {
echo("$line");
}
fclose($fp);
</pre>
works fine with php-3.0.12 but seems to be broken with 3.0.14 and later. URL-Wrapper has not been
disabled by configure.
With 3.0.14 or later, I get an error:
<pre>
fopen("http://here-is-the-url","r") -
Success in <b>scriptname</b>
on line <b>linenum</b>
</pre>
3.0.12 works.
