Bug description: Crashes when using doc_root and/or user_dir
I tried a long time to setup PHP4 and failed everytime with an exception error.
As far as I have seen with NTFileMon (www.sysinternals.com) it dies before
opening any script, but after reading the php.ini. In a brainwave I removed
doc_root and user_dir from php.ini and I wondered that it worked... (where
does it get the paths from ???? from Apache ???)
Everytime I call a script and there's something in doc_root php.exe crashes,
same happens when calling /~user/*.phtml and there's something written
in user_dir (doesn't matter if real path or anything else).
