PHP version: 4.0 Release Candidate 1
PHP Bug Type: Compile Failure
Bug description: Missing library errors when linking with oracle 8.1.6
1 cd /usr/local/src/php4.0RC1
2 ./configure \
--with-apache=../apache_1.3.12 \
--with-oci8=/usr/local/oracle_8.1.6 \
--enable-track-vars
3 gmake ( using gmake and gcc as make and cc are hopeless on this platform )
error in "entering ext/standard" :
basic_functions.c:324 'php_if_dl' undeclared here ( not in a function)
gmake[3] ***[basic_functions.lo] error 1
is it intended that php4 should link with oracle8i ?
Thanks
Mark
