PHP Bug Type: Misbehaving function
Bug description: include_once doesn't close files
Seems that include_once doesn't close files which it doesn't compile (because of files
being included before). I don't see at all why PHP needs to open them anyway, if it isn't
going to use them, but at least they should be closed then.
