Sorry that missed that one liner.
Evidently doing 'make install' is sufficient without making the default
target first? Step 2 is broken into 2a and 2b with no plain 2, so when I
was told to skip to step 3 to continue, my eye skipped to step 3a
because I thought the line with the 3 on it was just a header and I saw
the header of 3b was what I was doing.
Maybe it would have been easier for me if the instructions for step 3
were on a different line?
I'll have some bug reports for the build process later, because I had to
hack the make files to get it to build in Digital Unix V4.0F (Rev.
1229). These build problems were introduced since the beta 3.
