Bug description: Incorrect content headers
With PHP4 RC1 installed in CGI mode using Apache 1.3.6 I get duplicate HTTP content-type headers:
GET /test/phpinfo.php4 HTTP/1.1

HTTP/1.1 200 OK
Date: Sun, 16 Apr 2000 02:21:04 GMT
Server: Apache/1.3.6 (Win32)
Transfer-Encoding: chunked
