PHP4 RC1 doesn't install in apache because there's no Makefile

I followed the directions in http://www.devshed.com/Server_Side/PHP/SoothinglySeamless/page8.html. Perhaps the directions are wrong, but there is no Makefile in apache/src/modules/php4, just a Makefile.tmpl, and I couldn't figure out how to generate the Makefile from the Makefile.tmpl. I've had to revert to the last beta release, because it installs and works properly. You might want to put that back on the website, or put up updated instructions for installing with RC1.
