pg_connect problem

Hi
I'm running php3 on a WindowsNT box (IIS), and trying to connect to postgres (which is on a
linux box) but php's having none of it, I keep getting the error message -
Fatal error: Call to unsupported or undefined function pg_connect() in
d:\webroot\q3arena/ed_news.php3 on line 64
I assume it's something to do with a postgres mod, if so where can I find the nt version. If
not any ideas what the problem is????
