Bug description: each() does not reset() array. each() only works the first time.
# Gives list of vars in myarray
while( list($a, $b) = each($myarray) ) {
print $a . "," $b . "<br>\n";
}
# Does nothing
while( list($a, $b) = each($myarray) ) {
print $a . "," $b . "<br>\n";
}
