PHP Bug Type: Misbehaving function
Bug description: gmdate returns 01-01-1970
This funtion:
$filetime=gmdate("l, j F Y, G:i",filectime($PATH_TRANSLATED));
returns the value of 01-01-1970 and not the "last mod filedate"
