PHP Bug Type: Reproduceable crash
Bug description: problem with date()
Try this:
print( date( "l, jS F, Y" , mktime(0,0,0,date("m")
,date("d")+1,'1969' ) ) );
Then the same, but year = 1970.
The first one crash. Same with 20xx, and not under linux, only with windows.
