How to install 3.0.16 in winnt with apache 1.3.6?

How to install 3.0.16 in winnt with apache 1.3.6?
I put php3 in c:\php3 dir,and add underlying sentence in httpd.conf
AddType application/x-httpd-php3 .phtml
AddType application/x-httpd-php3 .php3
Action application/x-httpd-php3 c:/php3/php.exe
alias php c:/phpcode
but Now I can't use php3 in my apache web server.
Please tell me how to resolve the problem .
