Bug description: Set an include_path from script
It would be nice to be able to call somthing like set_include_path( ) from the script to set a
common area to deposit scripts rather than in one global setting in the php.ini file. This is
especially important on websites running virtual hosts. I would love to see this before final,
although it's not a critical feature.
