PHP Bug Type: MySQL related
Bug description: incorrect flag in configure file causes apache to fail to compile
[i have mysql installed in /usr/local/mysql
with the source in /usr/local/install/mysql-3.22.32]
in my php4rc2 configure command, i used:
--with-mysql=/usr/local/install/mysql-3.22.32
which compiled successfully!?
then, after configuring apache_1.3.11/12, the apache
build fails complaining about an ANSI compiler.
this same configure switch under php3.0.16 gives an
error that libmysqlclient.a cannot be found, prompting
me to use the switch:
--with-mysql=/usr/local/mysql
there is still a bug, but will submit that separately.
