Bug description: Create a single PDF Document for documentation instead of two (or have both :))
A simple request to put the PDF version of the documentation in both a single file format and then
another copy in two files format. Flipping between documents gets tiring and confusing...
p.s. Regardless, the documentation for PHP is still among the best I've seen... kudos to the
doc group...
