I also have a crash at the same address, running NT 4.0 SP6.
I downloaded the latest CVS(yesterday), and compiled the debug
version, hoping this would lead me to the cause of the problem, however
the
debug version worked fine(other than printing out X-Powered by headers).
I recompiled the release version, and lo and behold, I get the original
crash. At this point in time, at this time, I don't know enough about
the code to see why, but maybe the information will be useful if anyone
else more knowledgeble is looking at this problem..
