PHP Bug Type: Reproduceable crash
Bug description: Apache.exe crashes with enabled browscap.ini
I'm using PHP 4.0.0 as an ApacheModule under Windows 2000. I just set a path to a browscap.ini
file in php.ini and now Apache.exe crashes everytime I try to start Apache.
