I didn't explicitly declare the location, as I used the default
(/usr/local). My configure statement was the following:
./configure --with-mysql \
--with-apache=/usr/local/src/apache_1.3.12 \
--enable-track-vars
find /usr/local/ -name "mysql.h"
see if it's in /usr/local/include directory.
