Sybase CT link order

What would happen if we changed the link order for the sybase-ct libs?
In some cases (I haven't been able to narrow down a really good test
case yet, but I can reproduce it) the current link order ends up with
undefined symbols.
I'd like to change the order from
-lcomn -lct -lcs
to
-lct -lcs -lcomn
But I am not sure what other effects this may have. Anyone?
