(Notes: perl Apache API have the apropriate functions)
Once again I'm trying to send a patch for the Russian Apache
(http://apache.lexa.ru) C API PHP frontend.
What is it?
The main problem is file uploads under Russian Apache, when binary data is
damaged due to the nature of the Rus. Apache behaviour.
This patch (se attachment) allows to use charset recoding functions of
Rus. Apache, if the on-the-fly encoder is down.
It affects only Russia, Ukraine, Czech Republic and other countries,
where several charset encodings are in use.
Patch is for PHP-4.0.0
Works only when PHP configured as a module for Russian Apache.
