Bug description: No support for MIME sections in imap_header
Function imap_header() has not support for "section" parameter, as imap_fetchbody() has.
There is support in c-client library (mail_fetch_header), but not in php3_imap_headerinfo.
With this, you can't get parsed headers of message/rfc822 (eg. forwarded message).
I can send a patch later.
