Bug description: FILE MISSING!
The README.txt file says to use a file called PWS-php4.reg to congfigure the registry settings.
This is needed inorder for PHP to be called correctly. But the file was not included and I
therefore cannot use PHP. Please send the file and put it in the zip download and tell me about it.
