Bug description: exe linked to missing dll functions
Just downloaded and installed the win32 binaries ver 4.0.0 (22/05/00 19.13).
I have been successfully using the 4.orc1 version. Upon install I get no
service from PHP. Depends shows that exe file is linked to two missing
functions in the php4ts.dll. (27/03/2000 10.02pm)
These are: zend_load_extension
