There's also some documentation on building a self-contained module that
comes down with the source code when you do a CVS checkout.
Finally, make sure you read the appropriate appendix in the manual:
http://www.php.net/manual/phpdevel.php
I completely missed that for a couple of weeks, and felt like a right idiot
