PHP Bug Type: Misbehaving function
Bug description: error locating directories in directory functions (chdir, dir...)
chdir($dir) reports always true, even if $dir doesn't exist, and doesn't change current
directory
dir($dir) always consider "/" as base path (and not site path as usual), so it works well
only if i use absolute paths.
php4.0.0 Release works well.
