Ok, I misunderstood that. But what the heck did you mean when you wrote,
"dl() is always disabled" ?
dl() has to be enabled by default when not in safe-mode. I thought the
switch you added allowed you to turn on dl() in safe-mode. I guess it
allows you to turn off dl() in normal mode then?
