PHP Bug Type: Misbehaving function
Bug description: include()'d files do not know about variables if called with an absolute url
If you include a file via include() or require() and use an absolute url (i.e. "http://domain/blah.php"), the included file does not
know any of the variables declared in the main file. This occurs even though php4 was compiled with
the fopen url wrapper enabled.
It all works perfectly, if you do not prepend the "http://domain/", but that can be awkward for including a file
from several different locations.
