Add on to: disable_functions doesn´t work

Just noticed that when disable_functions was present in the php.ini my
include path stopped working.
Fatal error: Failed opening required 'f_array.inc' (include_path='') in
/htdocs/development/intra/manual/main.php on line 10
my include path is set like this:
include_path = "./:/htdocs/include/"
