Bug description: misfunction with PWS 4.0 on Win98
I've installed PHP4.0.0 win32 binaries on my Win98 station (PWS 4.0 Web Server).
1) The only way to make php4.0.0 run correctly is to copy all the .dll in the cgi-bin directory of
PWS !(no matter witch value The registry key is set to !)
2) It only works with Netscape 4.7x ! I've tried everything to make it work with IE5 without
success
