Operating system: linux
PHP version: 4.0.0 Release
PHP Bug Type: Misbehaving function
Bug description: date conversions dont work
<?
$first = strtotime ("10 march 2000");
print (date("l dS of F Y h:i:s A", $first));
?>
Should this not spit the date march 10, 2000 out? Every attempt spits out a date ONE day off.. so it
prints march 9 2000. Reproducable on other os' and platforms.
