PHP Bug Type: Compile Failure
Bug description: Configuration does not use additional include directory
The configure script does not make use of an additional include directory specified. Therefore the
compile can not find my libgd header files.
Workaround: edit config_vars.mk and add a -I<path> for your includes to the INCLUDES directive
