RE: [PHP-DEV] rich text conversion in php

I need to brush up on C alot before I can try to add this functionality into PHP, but I tried to provide it using PHP. It works fairly well when the files are created using Wordpad. Not as good when using Word, and I haven't tested anything else. I tried downloading some converters from various websites and found them to be horrible. Mine isn't much better, but it does convert bold, italic, underline, font color changes, font size changes, left align, right align, center align, tabs, double spaces, and single bulleted lists. I would like to post this code so others can use it and hopefully improve upon it. If anyone would like to see it, I will send it to you. If anyone knows of a good place to post it, please let me know.
