Description: PHP not functioning. Attempts to download files
AAAAAHHHH....
BUT, if you 'nuke' the old "x-httpd-php" handler, and add it to the
"mod_php4.c" entry, it DOES magically work...
(and I did recompile after adding the "/etc/httpd" directive for the conf file, which
probably helped...).
