this has two possible reasons, both related to
the browscap.ini file from cyscape
- the file hasn't been updated for ages
(Feb 2000, that's more than a 'internet year')
so it does not identify latest browsers
- the Feb 2000 file ends without a trailing
newline which irritated the parser in php
this is now fixed
