Bug description: globals get forgotten in long scripts
We use php for a lot of behind-the-scenes stuff on our web site. Many of these scripts are large and
include other large scripts which include more scripts, etc. The problem we are running into is that
in extremely long, complex scripts global variables tend to be forgotten. No error messages are
output, just some globals won't hold a value.
