When you include() a file using HTTP, chances are the PHP code is executed on the server side.
This means that the data include() receives is not the PHP source code, but rather, the output from
the
execution of the code on the server side. Obviously, variables that are locally defined aren't
sent over HTTP
automatically.
You really shouldn't include PHP source code files over HTTP, unless you have a very good grasp
of what
you're doing.
