If you have the real sybase product, you have CT-LIB and DB-LIB, and
should use CT unless you have a very good reason not to, as DB is no
longer supported by Sybase.
If you look on the FAQ at php.net, you will see where to download the
CT-Lib stuff if you do not have it.
