Bug description: The procedure entry point php_error_cb could not be located in dll php4ts.dll
This is from the version found here: http://va.php.net/~andi
I believe it is the latest windows cvs version.
Error message in the form of a dialog box:
The procedure entry point php_error_cb could not be located in the dynamic link library php4ts.dll
downloaded it in an attempt to get session_start() working.
Winnt 4.0 SP6
Apache 1.3.12 windows version
