Bug description: Bad object name in mcal_fetch_event docs
The mcal_fetch_event documentation (on-line and other formats) has a wrong object name for
recur_endate member, (should be recur_enddate):
datetime recur_endate - recurrence end date
^^^
Should be (following the start and end members format):
object recur_enddate - entry containing datetime object.
